In addition to my personal work, I have been published in UK running magazine Like The Wind, Lauren Martin’s Words of Women, provided forward essays for artists including James Bannister and Rocío Graves, and contributed exclusive recipe stories for the seasonal manuals of Dages Juvelier Keates, as well as editing her book Breath Magic. While employed as Resident Chef for Condé Nast Top Retreat Centre Cocoon Portugal just south of Lisbon, I wrote and provided original photography for their monthly column, and was commissioned to create city guides for international yoga enterprise, The Sacred Fig. More of my writing can be found on my Substack: I Made You A Mixtape.
